Parties will jointly decide Work Scope and terminal points, and the technical specifications, we then do the Design, Engineering.
It is required to prevent Equipment’s damage or deterioration or erosion under the special climate conditions during transit to their final destination. For Container type unit, packing is not required.
The Client shall have the right to inspect and witness the factory test of Equipment to confirm their conformity to the drawings and technical specifications stipulated in the Contract.
Warranty period is twelve (12) months from the date of Exw except the Contract requirement.
